On Monday, Room 9 made coconut ice mice. They were really easy to make and didn't take that long. We had to measure out the right amount of sugar, condensed milk, coconut shavings, and after it was mixed. food colouring was incorporated as well. After we had made the mice, they looked like their body was made of play-dough with little candies for their eyes, ears, and noses. When the time finally came to take them home, the mice tasted really good.
